On Go Skateboarding Day 2012 (this Thursday, June 21), the etnies Skatepark of Lake Forest and hundreds of skateboarders will attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the largest skateboard lesson ever given in a skatepark. The lesson (taught by Skatepark Coordinator Nick Gates and etnies owner and World Championship skateboarder Pierre-Andre Senizergues) isn’t just for beginners, though, it’s for anyone who wants to be a part of skateboarding history!

Everyone is invited to come with their skateboard to take part in this World Record attempt. The free, public event will also include etnies giveaways, a best trick contest and free food. I’ve included more information about the etnies Go Skateboarding Day event in a news release below. Please let me know if you’d like additional information or if you have any questions.
