> Chris you always seem to be on the move. Is that because people are always taking blurry photos of you in the forest?

Yeah basically that’s what it comes down to. Unless its people always trying to get me in those situations and I take off so the photos blurry. That shit got old after I did it for one of the first almost ads.

> Someone said you are in a band. Is it Rush by any chance?

Ha-ha no. It’s a little heavier then Rush. But we just lost our drummer and don’t have a singer. Does that still count as having a band? Or being in one?

> Is it true that in Canada people have Molson Export beer and jelly powdered donuts for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Yeah from Tim Horton’s, if Americans had donuts like Tim Horton’s then they would have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well. Don’t know about the Molson export though. But according to those commercials isn’t everyone that drinks that Canadian?

> What was your first impression of Digital videos?

I liked how it was layed out. It was mostly about the skating and shit. No crazy intros, no birds flying in slow mo, solid skating and mixed with footage of people have a good time and funny shit. So it is entertaining to watch.

> Was it your choice to skate to Motley Crew’s girls, girls, girls and have all those fucked up chicks in your part?

Ha-ha no. I just went along with it. It was Weiss’ idea. You had all these clips of chicks, cleaning cars, rollerblading in like tiny bikinis and tits and ass everywhere. Ha-ha. It was like one of my first parts that was kind of big and so from there on people thought I was a fucking rager, and they thought I filmed all those clips of those chicks.

> Did Weiss wear clothes when he filmed you?

Ha-ha yeah, baggy ones too. I think he wore his dogtown sweat suit filming me once.

> Did you blush at the premier of Fajsha?

Not really. I had no idea what to expect. My part looked like it had three different people skating in it cause it was when I started growing my hair out. So people probably just thought was a montage mixed in with a bunch of clips of chicks. It was cool though. I wish it came out with the uncensored version like at the premiere

> Where are you currently located?

All over the place. I am answering these questions in Vancouver right now. But Im in the process of renting my house and being totally wayward.

> Where is your beard?

I took it off. Beards are getting to trendy, and I kind of started to want to talk to girls again. They tend to disappear when you have a beard that big. Unless your rich, famous or have super good game. And apparently I don’t have any of those.

> Do you travel with it still?

Ha-ha nah I don’t need any more excess hair to travel around with. I shed like a dog as it is already. I don’t need to save any of it. I could have probably knitted a towel out of it. Or a blanket!

> What is the best thing happening in skateboarding today?

The acceptance of all types of skating amongst fellow skateboarders.

> Do random chicks ever touch your hair when you travel?

Random people comment on it. The weird thing is that people always ask me to touch my beard. Even when I don’t really have one.

> What is the silliest thing about skateboarding today?

The way some that some of them act. It embarrasses me to be a skateboarder seeing other skateboarders trying to cool guy it super hard and its even worse when I see other people kissing their ass.

> When you plan one of your world trips that is someone that you prefer to travel with?

It changes all the time. Recently I have been on a few trips with Nestor Judkins and Jose rojo. Went on a trip with Mark Baines and some of the Berlin guys, Lennie burmiester and Jan kliewer.

> Would you be at all surprised to see Adam Dyet wearing stone wash overall jeans shorts?

Ha-ha stonewash overall jean shorts? Ha-ha. Fuck who knows. I don’t think I would be surprised. I would probably be kind of pumped on him trying to pull it off. That’s a ballsy move for anyone to try and pull off.

> What is your best advice or travel secret for someone who wants to travel the world like you?

Pack light, don’t rely on other people, respect the locals, and I find travelling by yourself really helpful when it comes to meeting new people, I think it gives you a more approachable vibe, and I need all the help I can get with that.

> Have you ever thought of selling your story to National Geographic or Star magazine?

No because there’s already too many skateboarders trying to do that. I have a hard enough time getting my photos in the traditional skateboarding mags as it is. I think ill just take it one step at a time. Stick to the root for now ha-ha.

> Thanks for your time and keep up the awesome shredding.

Thanks man.
